2025年12月，保利发展（山西）联合山西鸿顺翔地产，耗资26780万元拿下汾东商务区地块，溢价率51.5%，楼面价超4130元/㎡。7月30日，官方发布公告，核发保利通达街住宅小区部分楼栋及车库工程规划许可证。项目由太原保通地产开发，坐落小店区汾东南路以西、通达西街以北。项目总投资 79100 万元，规划 7 栋建筑，包含 5 栋 26 层、2 栋 17 层住宅楼，住宅建筑面积 62890.32㎡，配套商业 881.21㎡。汾东商务区是太原城市主中心之一，重点布局总部经济、金融商业、文旅服务。片区地处太原南部核心，衔接综改区，对望晋阳湖。地块紧邻地铁 2 号线西桥站，路网通达，临近北大一院太原医院，大型社区集聚。依托城市南移发展战略，板块潜力突出，有望成为 2026 年太原楼市热门片区，后续建设动态我们持续跟进。 来源：住在太原综合整理
