太原半程马拉松中签啦!
嗨，你好呀！我是栗海鸽，谐音厉害哥，无伤跑步的践行者，今年是第5年，跑量7100公里+ 。
2026年太马抽签结果揭晓，如愿以偿地中签了！
这个时候我想到了一首歌：“可惜不是你，陪我到最后...”
今天有感而发，“可惜不是我，陪你跑太马...”
但是我衷心地祝贺我的楼哥，安全顺利地PB 。
去年跑完太马以后，我说做他的26年太马私兔，而且都“请假”了，可是今年有不可抗力因素，所以只能取消行程。
2025年的 九牛牧业-太原马拉松赛是 9月21日 7:30 鸣枪起跑，楼哥在不到1月的时候让我给他做一个“破2”训练计划，在比赛当天果然不负众望，成功完成了“破2”，为此我还写了一篇记录。
2025太原半程马拉松成功“破2”，祝贺！
我知道其他人肯定也有“破2”的想法和计划，那么做到知己知彼，方能百战不殆。
首先明确“破2” 是什么概念？
所谓“破2”是指计划在2小时以内跑完半程马拉松，那么平均配速需要维持在“5分41秒”以内，保险起见，按照5分39配速跑。
之前的训练计划如下。
2026年的太马日程比2025年晚一周，训练计划可参考，每次训练提高5~10 秒，这样PB 是没有问题的。
其中“力量”训练主要包含：深蹲、提踵、平板支撑。
深蹲：4组，每次60秒；
提踵：4组，每组50次；
平板支撑：4次，每次60秒。
训练过程中重视热身和拉伸、补充水分及电解质。
同时保障充足的睡眠，让身体得到充分的休息。
现在还有2个月的时间，一起加油！
