太原依旧欢迎我,却再也容不下我.
太原是一座让我感受很复杂的城市，在外面我会很想念太原，回来之后又会很厌烦这个地方。我所追求的在这座城一点也行不通：审美，潮流，规矩，创新，进取。它让我感到无比亲切，又感觉这座城市渐渐的开始容不下我了。
就审美和潮流而言，太原虽然是省会，但也逃不过其所追求的审美观仅仅是一场土嗨，太原坚持的是中国近代审美的过度与铺张，中国人在几十年前所认为的西方与洋气。不用说一线城市的城市设计与城市规划，太原也远远不如同样掌握历史根基的大同。太原不是做不好，不是学不会，更像是容不得，是一种固守，是一种偏见，太原容不下自己以外的任何东西，因为它仰仗着自己丰厚的历史资源与辉煌的过去，它认为这些比得了一切，对自己拥有的一切感觉无比自信。事实上，太原连自己的底牌也摸不清，只知道自己有哪些，根本不懂自己有什么。
再谈规矩，太原简直就是一个规矩绝缘体，而这也导致了太原的人同样不爱守规矩，或许太原人有自己的规矩体系，太原人所遵守的规矩大多是与现代的规矩体系相悖的，比如太原人最爱的找关系，太原的关系链条很长，超越了普遍意义上血缘与性的延伸范围，而太原人将关系中人们必须默守用于维持关系利益的种种规则凌驾与社会规矩之上，导致了太原人的底层逻辑就是关系可以解决一切，而这种关系主导的思维模式导致了太原人开始漠视规矩，最明显的就体现在太原的社会文明问题，在太原街道上抽烟成为一种规则之外的默许，在太原随地吐痰是一种默许，让自己的家变得肮脏是一种默许，只因为让自己更舒服比尊重规矩更加重要。也许创城失败不是一种偶然导致的结果，而是这座城不够文明，太原需要不是创城，而是一场思维体系与关系社会的彻底颠覆。
最后谈创新与进取，我从前认为太原落后是因为政策。渐渐地，我看清是太原自己不愿意向前走，太原人一辈子都在午睡，一辈子都在躺平，他们可以轻松的接受一生的平庸，只要拥有一辈子的体面，太原人愿意花大几十万去买一份能让自己后半辈躺平的月薪三千的看似体面的工作，即使这几十万大可以让一个人在家待上几年重新寻求人生的意义，他们宁愿寻求躺平与体面，也不愿意走出去，探索人生的意义，探索新的东西。同样，在太原这座城没有本质竞争，到头来比的还是谁关系硬，谁家底好，在私企里，老板宁可让员工躺平，一个员工在一个百人规模的私企只需要在朝九晚六的工作中工作三到四小时而不被优化，这在任何一个地方都是不可理解的，他们不用摸鱼就自动躺平，即使这样，老板也不愿意引入AI,缩减人员，提高效率，进行一些良性竞争。在太原不需要竞争，也没有竞争。你可以说老板讲人情，但是这种工作的风气，直接导致了太原的经济发展受阻落后，太原的落后，是每一个躺平的企业，躺平的老板，躺平的员工所导致的，到头来，他们只会一边唾弃着这座城市的落后又一边拿自己躺的更平引以为傲。没有竞争就没有进取，一直躺平就无法创新。
我是一个太原孩子，太原的文化熏陶了我十几年，我曾经对太原有着深深的认同感，而有一天我离开又回来，开始真正体验这座城的一切，发现它开始容不下我了，它渐渐站在了我的对立面，它所拥有的与我拥有的全部相悖但我依然惦念着它，也许我惦念太原是因为它时刻欢迎我，我厌恶它，是因为它不再容得下我。太原自洽，恰好自洽是一种精神自慰，毒害着太原自己。
我终会选择离开太原，但我仍希望有一天太原会改变，一天社会上开始出现一点点的声音，从而掀起一场轰轰烈烈的思想变革。
