太原万象城:影城男厕小便池全部“罢工”?
有句话怎么说来着：
判断一个商场档次高低，看它的卫生间就知道！
太原万象城，论装修格调、品牌阵容、客流热度，妥妥太原商业综合体里的第一梯队。有据可查的数据摆在眼前，万象城销售额连续多年稳居太原单体商业榜首：
2022年39亿元、2023年46亿元、2024年43亿元……
亮眼的营收，足以证明它在太原消费者心中的地位。

然而，作为一名经常观影的影迷，我实在忍不住吐槽万象城内万象影城的卫生间体验，现状让人难以接受。
七月中旬，我带着孩子去观看《三国》，走进影城男厕发现，整整6个小便池，5个都贴上维修告示无法使用；时隔十几天，我再次到影城观影，情况非但没有改善，仅剩唯一一个尚能使用的小便池，也被贴上 “正在维修” 的封条。
至此，男厕6个小便池全都贴上了封条，上厕所的男性只能去隔间，然后隔间又势必会溅的到处都是，反正我那天用的那个隔间卫生特别差！
眼下院线热度高涨，《八仙》、《功夫女足》接连上映，影城观影客流持续走高。每当影片散场，大量观众集中涌入卫生间，堂堂万象城影城的男厕所，居然出现排队等候的情况。
光鲜的营收数据、高端的商业定位，代表着商场的门面；但卫生间这类基础配套设施，才是直面普通消费者、体现运营细节的 “里子”。高额营收背后，基础公共设施长期搁置维修，高峰期直接造成如厕拥堵，极大拉低观影体验。
期待万象城能够重视影城卫生间的检修进度，尽快恢复设施正常使用，不要让细节短板辜负大家对这座头部商场的期待。
