对标打造市校合作典范

4月14日，市委书记、市长李建国深入太原科技大学忻州校区项目建设现场调研，与太原科技大学党委书记白培康，党委副书记、校长梁卫国，党委常委、副校长刘向军等一行座谈，现场办公，合力推进项目高质高效建设。副市长李硕，忻府区、市直相关部门和项目单位负责人参加。

太原科技大学忻州校区项目从谋划实施之初就备受各方关注。2025年6月18日，市政府与太原科技大学签订合作框架协议后，各项工作在依法合规中紧锣密鼓推进，今年3月30日正式开建。项目施工现场，吊车林立，机器轰鸣。白培康、梁卫国等太原科技大学领导一行现场听取规划建筑建设竣工时间节点，以及用地、用水、用电保障等前期工作情况后，表示深受鼓舞、振奋人心，更加坚定了后续开展高质量办学的信心和决心。
李建国指出，太原科技大学忻州校区的建设，对忻州推进教育科技人才一体化、加快高质量发展具有重要推动作用。市校双方要进一步完善专班推进机制，进一步细化工作目标，围绕校区建设、学科设置和产业对接、就业衔接等，进一步强化人才培养、深化产教融合，在服务国家重大战略与地方高质量发展上贡献更多智慧与力量，打造市校合作典范。项目施工组织各单位要在确保质量和安全的前提下，加快各项工程进度，打造精品工程、安全工程、满意工程，如期完成交钥匙工程。各级各相关单位要树立和践行正确政绩观，充分发挥忻州干部特别能吃苦、特别能打硬仗的良好作风，竭尽全力为重点项目建设提供高质量、全方位服务保障，确保项目如期建成投入使用。
白培康、梁卫国介绍了太原科技大学在推进忻州校区建设和教学规划方面开展的相关工作。他们表示，将在忻州校区建设上加强协调，在忻州校区开办上提早谋划，在项目合作、成果转化上进一步深化拓展，紧密结合太原科技大学的特色优势和忻州产业发展需求，与忻州龙头企业合作，进一步优化学科专业结构，推动教育链、人才链与产业链深度融合，努力实现校地更深层次、更全方位、更高质量的合作，在各方共同努力下，把太原科技大学忻州校区办成一所为民造福的大学，办成一所经得起历史检验、特色鲜明、市校深度融合的高水平应用研究型大学，为忻州经济社会发展提供人才保障和智力支持。
