太原市公安局小店分局发布警情通报
8月4日晚，太原市公安局小店分局官方微博发布警情通报称，7月20日凌晨2时许，该局接到群众报警，小店区体育路许坦西街口发生一起因出租车司乘纠纷引发的伤人案件。接警后，小店分局立即开展调查取证工作。
经询问相关人员、调取车内及周边视频等查明，乘客成某某酒后乘坐出租车（晋ADT**69）前往许坦西街，因行车路线问题与驾驶员武某某发生口角。双方矛盾激化后，武某某使用修车工具将成某某打伤。目前，案件正在依法办理中。

据奔流新闻4日报道，山西太原的成先生因投诉一辆出租车夜间绕路，竟遭司机持铁棍暴力殴打，致其双臂受伤缝合十余针，浑身多处挫伤。
成先生告诉记者，7月20日凌晨2时许，他搭乘一辆号牌为晋ADT1169的蓝色出租车，目的地为开元北小区。“司机可能觉得我（酒）喝多了，意识不清，便绕路行驶，但当时我意识很清醒，发现司机走的路线不对，于是与司机沟通。”
发生争执后，成先生准备举报该司机绕路的行为。“就在我拨打投诉电话的过程中，司机突然下车从后备箱取出铁棍，打开车门用铁棍猛烈击打我的头部。我下意识用双臂挡在头部，避免了颅脑损伤，但双臂遭到铁棍重击，伤情严重。”
