　　8月12日，市城乡管理局公布我市20处易积水路段，该局正在对易积水路段实施改造。近期如遇大雨，市民要尽量绕行。
　　20处易积水路段具体为：大同路钢城加油站段、大同路赵庄南二巷口、大同路赵庄段、北仓巷坡子街口、滨河东路漪汾桥下、新建路府西街口、水西门南海街口、寇庄西路双塔西街口、平阳路学府街口、坞城南路南中环口、滨河东路祥云桥下、兴华西街西中环口、兴华西街千峰路口、西矿街朝北东巷口、汇锦街（汾河隧道口）、南内环西街大王路口、南内环西街小王路口、和平南路西峪街口、滨河西路九院沙河下穿通道、文兴路三给街口。
　　每次大雨，对我市城市防洪排涝系统都是一场大考。在降雨前，城管部门通过加大污水输送和处理能力，排空河道缓洪池和泵站调蓄池，为大雨、暴雨时发挥污水管网（约13万立方米）、河道缓洪池（12.64万立方米）和泵站调蓄池（5.1万立方米）最大调蓄能力创造条件。
　　在暴雨或大暴雨时，为充分发挥管网及上游泵站的调蓄能力，城管部门在特别紧急情况下，采取溢流外排和持续投加药剂等应急措施，确保污水处理厂安全。目前，所有雨水泵站全部储备降污药剂，按水量大小精准投放。
　　市城乡管理局有关负责人表示，每年汛前和每次雨后，城管部门都会对雨水管网、进水井、检查井等设施进行清理，更换淤堵、破损管道，在保证排水畅通的同时，减少垃圾、淤泥等污染物排入汾河。降雨过后，城市低洼地段积存雨水、远端雨水管涵、河道缓洪池、泵站调蓄池内仍残存大量雨水，所以雨后泵站还要继续抽排一段时间，腾出容量，应对下次降雨。（记者 任晓明）
太原雨后为什么会积水？
　　太原三面环山，北高南低，汾河穿城而过，是城市主要泄洪通道。如连续降雨，汾河水位上涨，南北沙河等市内九条河流汇聚的边山支沟洪水无法顺利排入汾河，河道水位抬升，城市雨水管网无法正常排入河道，将导致路面积水。
　　太原常年平均降水量414.8毫米，但雨量集中在7月至9月，且多以暴雨形式出现，导致市区内短时间降雨强度大，城市防洪设施排水压力大。
　　与国内绝大多数城市一样，我市排水系统标准不高，2015年后国家标准提高后，太原市不断完善排水系统建设，但仍有局部地区排水系统未完善。加之，以前设计标准低，历史欠账多，暴雨时会有局部地区路面短时间内积水。
　　近年来，随着城市建设发展，道路硬化面积加大，导致地面径流系数加大，单位时间流入城市雨水管涵的雨水流量增加，一定程度加大了路面积水的可能。
