天气预报：
今天下午到夜间，全市有4～6级、短时7级或以上西北风，入夜之后的最低温度将降至-15℃。同时明天还会有4到5级西北风，气温较今天稍有回升，平均温度为3～-12℃。
提醒大家：大风天行车需要注意：
1.尽量以中低速度行驶，避免制动。遇到不确定的目标，及时按喇叭提示；
2.减少车辆的横向移动，避免因为突来大风致使车辆失去控制或翻车；
3.关紧车窗，防止沙尘飞进影响驾驶员的呼吸和观察。
4远离枯树危墙，远离满载货物的卡车，以防被散落物品砸伤。

限行信息：
春节假期即将结束，明天就要开启上班模式，虽然明后（1月28日和29日）两天是工作日，但是滨河东西两路早晚高峰不限行！
大后天（1月30日）周一滨河东西路早晚高峰尾号1和6限行，太原交警、太原交通广播提醒各位车友：节后工作日的早晚高峰通行压力将迅速恢复到节前水平，交警部门会继续严查酒后驾驶！注意行车安全，集中精力、守法驾驶!

铁路信息：
今天将迎来铁路客流返程的高峰期，主要方向是省外及长途客流为主，主要涉及城市北京、天津、上海、武汉等城市，每天发送旅客是近五万人。其中去往北京方向的旅客是最多的，今日加开的7趟去往北京的临时旅客列车车票已经全部售完。目前可以看到一直到1月30日，31日只有早晨的两趟列车仍有少量余票，大家可以抢票购买，其余车次车票均已售完。
今天太原南站预计到达客流74000人，最晚一趟列车计划于23:38到达。下午15：00至18:00将会出现第一个高峰期，将到达列车33列，旅客约20270人，需出租车250辆左右。夜间21：00至24:00将出现第二个高峰期，到达列车25列，旅客约12000人，需出租车150辆左右，预计以上时段前后南站将出现出租车运力紧张情况。请广大岀租车司机合理安排运营时间，积极前往南站运营。
特别提醒选择私家车以及网约车接送站的朋友，东西广场送站车辆停车在落客区不得超过3分钟，否则会抓拍。接站的车辆必须进入停车场，负一层为接站处并设有专门的出租车、网约车上客区域，有夜间停放需求的车辆可停至东广场地下车库，请大家自觉遵守落客及上客规定。

机场信息：
今天是大年初六，太原武宿国际机场迎来返程客流高峰。航线航班方面，今天预计共保障航班运输起降291架次，其中进港航班145架次，出港航班146架次，旅客吞吐量3.3万人次。进港旅客主要集中在北京、上海、广州、杭州、昆明、深圳、成都、长沙、三亚、武汉、海口、哈尔滨等城市。进入返程高峰，提醒出行旅客要提前2-3小时到达机场办理乘机手续，预留充足时间通过安全检查。
返程高峰，出行旅客及车辆较多，送客在航站楼出发层一定要即停即走,不能超过3分钟。接机车辆可以停入停车场；
如果选择打车：从T1航站楼出口走到停车场中间通道，设置有出租车落客区，大家放心选择；
另外为确保春运期间安全、快捷转运旅客，太原空港停车场管理有限公司共投入20辆机场巴士进行春运保障，目前运营机场至广场、机场至太原南站两条线路，票价10元/人。发车时间8：00—22：00，发车间隔时间半小时。旅客购票地点设在T2航站楼3号门旁机场巴士售票岗亭处。

公交信息：
太原火车站驶往市区的公交车901路末班车发车最早18:10从太原火车站发车，1路末班车发车最晚23:00下元发车。
太原南站驶往市区的公交线路中23路末班车发车最早20:00松庄发车，51路末班车发车最晚23:00火车南站发车。
办理公交IC卡充值的注意事项：今天着急办理公交IC卡充值的可以去解放路沿线公交站台的自助充值网点办理公交卡自助充值业务。明天各公交IC卡充值网点就恢复正常营业，每个营业网点的营业时间不大相同，大家在去充值之前拨打咨询电话：7232632了解您所要去的充值网点的营业时间。

温馨提示：
明天上班天气寒冷车辆应急措施：
一、早上上车不要急于启动车辆，应接通电源，让电控系统进行自检，十五秒后，再启动车辆，启动的同时应轻踩油门。
二、如第一次启动未成功，应间隔二十秒后再重新启动，启动的同时应轻踩油门加大可燃混合气的浓度更容易启动。如连续三次未能启动车辆，应考虑通过外接电源搭电启动。
三、车辆启动后开始起步，如出现轻微的发动机异响敲缸、皮带尖叫及金融摩擦声响，待行驶一段路程后会自然消失，属于正常，车上不必过度担心。
最后提醒：不管什么情况，只要车辆仪表上显示，机油灯、水温灯、刹车灯、变速箱故障灯、转向故障灯、轮胎胎压灯及电瓶灯点亮报警时，应立即靠边停车检查。
