山西省微短剧产业发展协作交流活动在太原举办
      7月30日，以“洞察・赋能・繁星”为主题的山西省微短剧产业发展协作交流活动在山西太原举办。本次活动由山西省广播电视局主办，旨在深入贯彻落实省委、省政府关于加快微短剧产业高质量发展的战略部署，集政、产、学、研、用多方力量，通过深度洞察行业风向、搭建赋能平台、聚合要素资源，推动山西微短剧产业规范化、精品化、规模化发展，为全省文化产业高质量发展与经济转型注入新动力。
      开幕式上，山西省广播电视局介绍了微短剧发展最新成果，并对《山西省促进微短剧产业高质量发展若干举措》进行权威解读，释放我省扶持微短剧产业发展政策信号。中国广播电视社会组织联合会微短剧专业委员会发布了《繁星指数・2026年上半年微短剧洞察报告》。腾讯视频、红果短剧、爱奇艺、芒果TV等头部网络视听平台推介微短剧扶持政策与合作通道。山西省广播电视局、山西省文化和旅游厅、山西省文物局等单位联合发布了云冈石窟等12个山西首批“微短剧标志性拍摄场景”、《太原之约》等山西首批“十部微短剧+文旅（非遗）重点项目”。同时，正式启动了以“五个一批”（推出一批培根铸魂、弘扬主流价值的精品，推出一批反映时代新气象、讴歌人民新创造的精品，推出一批具有鲜明地域特色、突出文化标识的精品，推出一批聚焦人间烟火、反映美好新生活的精品，推出一批面向世界、讲好中国故事、山西故事的精品）为主要内容的2026年山西省微短剧精品创作传播计划。
      活动期间，山西省广播电视局、山西省地方金融监管局联合开展“银企对接会”，积极搭建微短剧产业银企对接桥梁。活动设置“微短剧会客厅”，推动抖音等头部平台、省外企业与我省微短剧基地、本土创作团队、高校进行精准洽谈交流对接。山西省广播电视局、山西省商务厅联合设置“短剧出海会客厅”，聚焦微短剧国际传播，推动山西优质微短剧作品走向海外市场。此外，还开展了AI专家培训等系列活动，火山引擎AI应用解决方案专家王悦、李亚楠分别围绕AIGC多模态大模型场景应用、火山剧创一站式AI短剧创作平台进行实战分享。
      中国广电联合会微短剧专业委员会，省直有关单位，各市文化和旅游局、广播电视台（融媒体中心），国内头部网络视听平台、头部企业，省内五大微短剧基地、微短剧企业、影视制作团队、AI创作团队、高校代表等共计600余人次参加了活动。
