太原这一路段恢复通车
7月26日，恒山路文明街口以北路段恢复通车，周边交通压力大为缓解。目前，除七府坟北街对面西半幅快车道需占用40米区域实施污水管线施工外，道路东侧区域已全部恢复通行。
市城管局市政建管中心有关负责人表示，恒山路十里铺东巷至光社街路段雨污水东侧支线管道施工时，因燃气、供水、路灯、电力等多条既有管线纵横交错，埋深较浅、处于淤泥层中，加之作业空间狭小、地势条件复杂，导致开挖难度大。面对这一“硬骨头”，项目部人员积极对接各管线产权单位，优化施工组织，推进穿插作业，采用人机配合开挖方式，稳步推进沟槽开挖、管线敷设作业。
为最大限度降低施工对周边居民出行的影响，项目部落实“完工一段、恢复一段、开放一段”的目标，在恒山路文明街口以北至光社街路段主体工程完工后，迅速启动路面恢复作业。经过7小时连续奋战，恒山路文明街口以北至光社街路段沥青混凝土铺设完成。随后进行了标线施划、场地清理、围挡拆除等工作，使该路段具备通行条件。
当前，恒山路雨污分流改造工程十里铺东巷至文明街口路段受铁路顶管工程及热力管线交叉施工制约，施工进度受限。同时，由于下游铁路顶管施工，污水管线尚未全线贯通，恒山路雨污分流改造项目部正统筹协调各方资源，加速推进涉及铁路及热力相关施工进度。待下游污水管线完全贯通后，及时开展雨污水支线与用户管线的连通作业，保障恒山路雨污分流改造工程按既定目标完工。
