超3亿!太原娄烦县新中标大项目
太原娄烦县新能源产业建设迎来关键进展，娄烦县米峪镇、马家庄一带100MW光伏发电项目（EPC总承包）招标工作顺利收官，确定项目中标候选单位，将为区域清洁能源扩容、电力结构优化注入全新动能。
该项目由娄烦县盛步新能源有限公司主导建设，落地太原市娄烦县，是当地推进绿色低碳发展、盘活荒山荒坡资源、壮大光伏新能源产业的重点落地项目。
据招标公示信息，该光伏项目实际直流装机容量达123.04656MWp，规划总装机规模100MW，属于县域规模化新能源重点工程。
项目依托娄烦县优质光照资源布局，配套完善的电力输送基础设施，建成后将有效提升区域清洁能源发电量，替代传统火电能耗，助力区域节能减排与“双碳”目标落地。
在电力配套建设方面，项目规划新建4回35kV集电线路，接入已建成的道仁沟风电场升压站。
同时对现有场站进行升级扩建，新增一座100MVA/220kV主变压器及配套220kV配电装置。项目电力输出将依托道仁沟风电、正沟风电至崛围站的220kV线路完成并网送出，通过风光资源互补、现有电网复用的建设模式，大幅降低基建成本，提升电网输送效率与供电稳定性。
其中，徐州嘉信电力工程有限公司联合中煤科工重庆设计研究院（集团）有限公司组成联合体拿下第一名，投标报价3.445亿元；唐立工程技术有限公司位列第二名，投标报价3.492亿元；湖南腾达电力建设有限公司联合筑博电力设计工程（陕西）有限公司位居第三名，投标报价3.387亿元。
该项目落地建设后，将进一步完善太原西部新能源产业布局，提升区域可再生能源装机占比，不仅能带动地方新能源产业链发展、助力乡村能源升级，还能持续为区域电网输送清洁电力，为地方经济绿色转型提供坚实支撑。
