由太原“吃空饷”,想起了蒲县“1岁上班”

太原某学校一名职工，举报自己“吃空饷”一事，处理结果已经出来了。
职工柳某不但失去了工作，而且几年来所领的饷银，也将被全数追回。
有人认为，柳某这么做，得不偿失，杀敌一千自损八百，算是搬起石头砸了自己的脚。
然而，世界上没有无缘无故的爱和恨，说这种话的人，显然没有站在柳某的角度，去了解柳某这么做的具体原因。
趋利和避害，都是人之本性，柳某只是在趋利和避害之间，选择了后者而已。
正如他自己所说，自己举报自己吃空饷，总比将来此事被人揭出来强。
避害，是趋利的前提条件，很多人只懂趋利而不懂避害，结果往往会输得一败涂地。
从这个角度讲，柳某非但不傻，而且深谙明哲保身之道。
每一个时代，都有柳某这种人，当时看起来冒傻气，事后再看却透着聪明和智慧。
其实，柳某这种情况，并非孤例，在很多地方都有，只是公家睁一只眼闭一只眼，自己也闷声不响，单位以外的人都不知道罢了。
不查，都是主人翁，一查，尽是私娃子。
有的人一边痛恨腐黑，一边又向往腐黑，一边埋怨自己不能享受腐黑的红利，一边还对别人拒绝腐黑的行为嗤之以鼻。
让这种人坐到贪黑者那个位置，只怕比现在的贪黑者更加过分。
在国家三令五申，惩治强度越来越大的情况下，依旧有人抱有幻想，觉得占公家便宜是理所当然：反正这样做的，又不是我一个。
一个人占便宜时间长了，也会形成习惯，愿意自己停止占便宜的人，少之又少。
老董倒是希望，这个时代所有吃公家饭的人，都能有太原柳某这种觉悟。
太原柳某的“勇敢”行为，具有积极的社会意义，对某些地方某些单位的负责人，形成了现实震慑：再不对“只占便宜不干事”的属下严格管理，就要步太原二十九中某些领导的后尘了。
这只是柳某的一小步，却可能是这个法治时代的一大步。
该是你的你拿走，不是你的莫伸手。
主动交代，把不属于自己的东西交出来，还能像柳某一样掌握主动权，及时止损。
不要自作聪明，等到法纪的达摩克利斯之剑落下来，哭着喊着说后悔。
世界上没有卖后悔药的地方，天底下也没有白吃的馅儿饼。
太原职工“吃空饷”这件事，让我想起了去年蒲县发生的“1岁上班”之事。
太原职工举报自己“吃空饷”一事，已经有了处理结果，然而蒲县某单位职工“1岁上班，22岁退休”一事，至今都没有下文。
根据我国现行事件应对有关法律规定，地方对引起大规模社会关注的事件，需依法依规，对处理结果向社会进行通报。
蒲县这件事情，在2025年6月被披露，由于事情实在荒唐，一度闹得沸沸扬扬。
记得2025年6月27日，这个事情就已经启动了多部门联合调查，到现在已经快一年了吧，不知道调查的结果怎么样了。
拭目以待。
